Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-07-22
1. About CanadaPathway
CanadaPathway is an eligibility assessment tool that computes indicative Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores and matches user profiles against published Canadian immigration program requirements. It is operated by CanadaPathway as a private beta product. The platform is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government agency.
2. Not Legal Advice
Nothing on CanadaPathway constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or a guarantee of any immigration outcome. Results are informational only. Immigration rules change frequently; published scores and matches may not reflect the most current draw requirements. Always consult a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or immigration lawyer before making any application.
3. Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep rule data current and to cite the government pages each rule comes from. However, we do not warrant that assessments are error-free or complete. Government programs may change between our updates. You are responsible for verifying eligibility requirements directly with IRCC or the relevant provincial authority.
4. Use of the Platform
You may use CanadaPathway for your own personal immigration research. You may not use it to provide immigration advice to third parties on a commercial basis, resell outputs, scrape or automate access, or attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine.
5. Beta Status
CanadaPathway is in private beta. Features, pricing, and these terms may change without notice during the beta period. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CanadaPathway and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse immigration outcome arising from reliance on information provided by the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
